Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Once dispatched, your order will usually arrive within 2–5 working days.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders within the UK.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be shown before you complete your order.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. When your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation which may include tracking details.

Delayed or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it with the courier.
If a parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours or your local delivery office. If you still can’t locate it, get in touch and we’ll do our best to assist.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our products are food/supplement items, we cannot accept returns for opened or unopened supplements due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please make sure you are happy with your order before completing your purchase.

No Returns on Supplements
All sales of True Origin supplements (including our Himalayan Shilajit) are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind or decide the product is not for you.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel and refund in full. If it has already been shipped, the order will be treated as final.

Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws.
